I waited for 10 mins then when i finally found someone to talk to they mistook me for a driver then i spent another 10 mins explaining how i made the order the food is now cold and dry

The delivery was impeccable, but it did take very long for my order to start getting prepared. Almost 3 hours between making the order and getting it delivered.
